Hi, I’m Sofia! I’m a confidence coach with a master’s degree in Positive Psychology and over 15 years of experience mentoring girls. I created Club Confident as a safe and uplifting space for tween & early teen girls to grow their self-esteem, courage, and voice. Through fun coaching sessions, practical tools, and lots of encouragement, I help girls believe in themselves, navigate challenges with resilience, and celebrate who they are.
